Process
Designs
Designs are available as stated on each individual product page. Please note that all electronic mock ups are an approximation and do not take into account what the product may look like after it has been printed and then trimmed. This is a production process for all products, so please assume that part of the design’s edge may or may not be in the final product you receive. In some cases where a frame is present on the electronic mock up of the design, the surrounding edge has been trimmed to better estimate the look of the final product.
The Voilà! Store Process
Choose your options then add to cart. Quantity must be updated in the cart and be in multiples of 25 (25, 50, 75, etc.)
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to submit all your information required for personalizing your product (if applicable). Please follow the instructions carefully.
Within 3 or 4 days after submission of your information, your customized electronic mock up will be emailed to you. You will be asked to confirm or correct all information. Please allow 2-3 weeks following the date of your final approval for delivery of your product to your chosen shipping address. Rush processing and shipping is always available for an additional cost.
The Voilà! Store Process for electronic purchases
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to submit all your information required for personalizing your product (if applicable). Please follow the instructions carefully.
Within 3 or 4 days after submission of your information, your customized electronic mock up will be emailed to you. You will be asked to confirm or correct all information. Please allow 2-3 days following the date of your final approval for delivery of your product to your chosen email address. Rush processing is always available for an additional cost. Standard file type is a high resolution TIFF, alternate requests should be made within the personalization email.
Shipping Information
All order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless another option is selected. All orders have a flat shipping cost of $10. We currently only ship within the United States but contact us to see if it is possible to ship anywhere else.
Rush Processing & Shipping
Rush processing along with 2 day shipping is available for an additional fee starting at $40.00. Simply select this option at checkout. Orders over $500.00 will be charged a rush fee of $60.00.
The rush process is the same as above but with 1 to 2 days wait for the electronic mock up. Please allow 5-9 days following the date of your final approval for delivery of your product to your chosen shipping address.

We also offer bulk order discounts! Receive 5% off a $150 order and 10% off a $300 order, automatically!
